Built as a granary in 1924, from the outside, the greatest visible change to the building’s original structure is the addition of pillowed glass windows, inserted into the geometry of the hotel floors, which gently curve outward. These multi-faceted windows, each housing 56 panels of glass, curve outwards as if gently inflated.
