Zwakala Brewery

Zwakala Brewery sits in the Magoebaskloof region, where the air itself feels cooler, tinged with the damp earth and pine needles of the surrounding forests. The brewery’s own beers, brewed on-site, are the main draw. Imagine a pint of their crisp lager, condensation beading on the glass, the slight bitterness a counterpoint to the humid afternoon. Food arrives from the grill – perhaps a robust burger or peri-peri chicken, its aroma mingling with the yeasty scent of fermentation.
