Fairmont Mara Safari Club

You stay at Fairmont Mara Safari Club in the Olchoro Oirowua Conservancy, part of the Masai Mara ecosystem. The camp has thirty-eight tents, each with an ensuite bathroom and a private deck facing the Mara River. The river draws wildlife, so you may see animals from your tent.

The tents have four-poster beds, tea and coffee facilities, and electrical sockets. Some tents have two single beds; others have queen beds. The camp serves meals at its river lounge and bar, where Maasai cultural shows sometimes accompany dinner.

Game drives go out daily into the conservancy and the wider Masai Mara. The camp also offers wildlife tours and can arrange hot air ballooning over the plains. Back at camp, the spa provides massages and treatments.

The camp is in the northwestern part of the Mara, at the foot of the Aitong Hills. The river is the reason the tents face this way — it brings the animals, and the tents face the water to watch them.
