Ashnil Aruba Lodge 4-Star
A safari lodge on Aruba Dam in Tsavo East National Park
You stay at Ashnil Aruba Lodge on the banks of Aruba Dam in Tsavo East National Park, a few hours from Mombasa and five from Nairobi. The lodge has forty-six rooms and six tents, all built in African-inspired style with seating areas, wardrobes, and private bathrooms. Connecting rooms let families share without breaking the reserve’s landscape.
The restaurant sits in the main building with views of the dam, serving buffet meals of international and African dishes. The wooden deck extends the seating area, shaded by canvas umbrellas. Twice-daily game drives take you out to see the wildlife drawn to the dam and nearby watering holes.
The lodge has a swimming pool and spa, and offers airport transfers. Aruba Dam was built in 1952 as a sport fishing point, and it remains a focal point for the lodge and the park.
