Located next to Delaire Graff Restaurant, Lorenzo’s will seat up to 40 guests under a dramatic\nIroko timber pergola, created to give both scale and a sense of intimacy to the new space, surrounded and interwoven with beautifully bold flora and fauna. Locally made, brown clay Klompie bricks, which are traditionally used in South African architecture, are paired with antique stone to form the backdrop for a striking pizza oven. Clad with 250 individually hand-patinaed bronze panels, it adds a theatrical centre piece to the space.
