Sandpiper Dunes

Sandpiper Dunes is a beachfront resort halfway between Swakopmund and Walvis Bay in Namibia. Twenty self-catering units face the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the Namib Desert on the other. Each unit has an enclosed patio and a braai area, with communal braai spaces available.

The resort provides direct access to the beach, where you can walk along the shore or fish. A swimming pool and a games room offer indoor and outdoor activities. The kitchenettes in each unit are equipped with a fridge, microwave, and basic cooking utensils, allowing you to prepare meals during your stay.

The location is practical for exploring nearby attractions, including Dune 7, the Namib-Naukluft National Park, and the Moon Landscape. The resort is serviced daily, though pool towels are not provided.

Sandpiper Dunes is set on Orange Road in Langstrand, a quiet area known for its coastal views and desert access. The combination of beach and desert makes it a simple base for exploring the Erongo region.
