UrbanCamp is a shaded campsite in the middle of Windhoek, where you sleep under big trees but stay close to the city. The site has a pool, a beer garden, and Wi-Fi, and the shared bathrooms have hot water. You can park a motorhome or caravan here, or pitch a tent on the grass.

The camp is five minutes on foot from Joe’s Beerhouse, a Windhoek landmark, and a short walk from a Portuguese restaurant and a small shopping center with a supermarket, pharmacy, and ATM. The city center is close enough for sightseeing on foot.

The beer garden serves meals through the day, and the pool is there for cooling off after a walk around town. The camp works as a stopover for overland trips or as a base for exploring Windhoek without losing the feel of sleeping outdoors.
