Emerald Vale Brewery sits on a working farm near Chintsa East beach, brewing craft beer since 2012. The kitchen serves seafood specials on Thursdays — pan-fried hake, sole, prawns with lemon garlic butter, and a platter for two with mussels and calamari. The menu includes vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options, with herbs and vegetables from the garden.

The brewery started with a fifty-litre system and now produces twelve thousand litres monthly. The Hops Shop sells their beer alongside preserves and merchandise. Families can order from a kids' menu of hot dogs, chicken pops and mini burgers, or toasted sandwiches on homemade bread.

The farm hosts events like rock art workshops, coffee tastings and glow walks. Seafood pizzas come with calamari, prawns and mussels on traditional or gluten-free bases. The brewery is a short drive from Chintsa's beaches.
