Blos Cafe
Blos Cafe is a large bistro in Pretoria, seating four hundred and twenty people in a space that mixes farmhouse architecture with modern glass and timber interiors. The design earned recognition from the Institute of South African Architects. An open-air deck runs along the back of the building, facing a green belt — a spot for drinks, meals, or morning coffee.
The menu is bistro-style, with platters, cakes, and craft beers. Downstairs, a space called The Bunker has exposed wood beams and an indoor fireplace. The cafe also hosts events like paint nights, where guests can create art while sipping wine.
Private rooms and larger banquet areas are available for hire, and guests can bring their own decorations. The venue includes spaces for conferences, team-building sessions, and corporate functions, with amenities like free Wi-Fi and wheelchair access.
The cafe is part of a larger hospitality group that includes a pub, a bed-and-breakfast, and dedicated conference facilities.
