Terbodore Coffee Roasters | Howick
You come to Terbodore Coffee Roasters in Howick for single-origin beans roasted on-site, served in a coffee bar that moved here from Curry's Post in 2025. The roastery shares the space with the serving counter, so the smell of fresh beans fills the room.
The company started in 2004 in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands, naming itself after the founder's family farm. The Howick location now sits on Main Road, where travellers between Durban and Gauteng stop for coffee roasted the same day.
Single-origin beans from places like Costa Rica and Ethiopia make up the selection, alongside blends like The Great Dane. The roastery also produces flavoured coffees and cold brews, including a sparkling version with mountain spring water.
The coffee bar serves drinks made with these beans, alongside breakfast and lunch dishes like avocado toast and spicy beans on sourdough. The Howick location operates Monday to Friday from half past seven in the morning until half past four in the afternoon.
