The original location on Andringa Street led to franchises elsewhere, but this remains the first. The building shares space with the Eikehof complex in central Stellenbosch.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eWhat defines the place is the pairing: beer brewed for the menu, and dishes built to match the beers. The flammkuchens come out of the oven with crisp edges, and the burgers are made to stand up to the beers' bitterness.
