The Darling Brew Tasteroom is where you taste the brewery’s craft beers alongside pub-style meals, with views over the brewery itself. The kitchen serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, using locally sourced ingredients where possible. Beer flights let you sample four brews at a time, from lagers to IPAs, all inspired by wildlife and made on-site since 2010.

Guided brewery tours run on weekends and should be booked forty-eight hours ahead. The space is family-friendly, with a jungle gym outside and a kids’ menu indoors. Groups of six or more should book ahead to secure a table.

The Beer Shed, with its own tap and outdoor seating, can be booked for private parties. The attached shop sells Darling Brew merchandise and bottled beers. The tasteroom is on Caledon Street in the center of Darling.
