Pizza Fair has been serving pizza, ribs, burgers and pasta in Constantia since 1991, in a space that has housed various food ventures since the 1960s. The current menu leans into pizza and ribs, with weekday specials like two medium pizzas for a set price on Mondays and a rib-and-chips deal on Tuesdays. During loadshedding — South Africa's scheduled power cuts — the kitchen switches to a reduced menu that keeps pizzas and salads available even when the grid is down.

The restaurant sits in Old Constantia Village, sharing the building with Porter Motors, one of the area's longest-standing tenants. The space has been refurbished over the years, most recently in 2022 when new ownership took over. The kitchen prepares dough daily for the pizzas, which outlasted a nearby competitor that has since closed.

Orders can be placed by phone, through food delivery apps, or in person. The dining room opens at midday daily, closing in the evening with last orders taken forty-five minutes before the doors shut.
