You come to Rhodespark for steak and ribs grilled over open flames, in a dining room that runs live music and VIP seating. The kitchen works with prime cuts, aging them before grilling to order, and serves slow-cooked ribs with house barbecue glaze. Cocktails are mixed with local ingredients at the bar.

The restaurant sits in The Gallery Office park on Lagos Road, part of the Hashsocial group that has run hospitality venues in Zambia for twenty years. Private tables are set aside for reserved seating, and the space hosts theme nights and corporate events. Live music plays most evenings.

The menu leans toward meat — steaks and ribs dominate — but includes salads with grilled chicken or prawns. Rhodespark is the flagship of the group’s three locations.
