Ole-Sereni

Ole-Sereni is a hotel on Mombasa Road in Nairobi, set where the city meets the Nairobi National Park. From some rooms, you can see zebras and buffalo at the park’s watering hole. The hotel has 134 rooms, including standard rooms and suites, each with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and flat-screen TVs. The Pride Ballroom and smaller meeting rooms host conferences and weddings, with natural light and views of the park.

The pool is surrounded by loungers and cabanas, with a bar serving drinks. The Duma Spa offers massages and facials, and the gym has cardio and strength equipment. There are four restaurants and bars, including Eagle’s The Steakhouse on the fourth floor, which serves aged beef and seafood with park views. The Big Five Restaurant, named for Africa’s iconic wildlife, specializes in Indian cuisine.

The hotel is 15 minutes by car from Nairobi’s central business district and close to the airport. Night game drives into the park are available, leaving at six in the evening. The pool requires an appointment for access.
