Toshari Lodge

You stay at Toshari Lodge under a canopy of mopane and white seringa trees, twenty minutes from the Andersson Gate of Etosha National Park. The lodge is built on dolomite rock, with thirty-eight rooms spread across bush chalets and campsites. Each room has mosquito nets, air conditioning, and an outdoor sitting area; some add minibars and fridges.

Three swimming pools are set among the trees, and the restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and grilled dinners with local game meats. The bar stocks Namibian wines, gins, and beers. Guided game drives leave daily for Etosha, returning at sunset, and a short walking trail loops through the property. You can also visit a nearby Himba village with a guide.

The lodge runs on solar power and recycles its waste. Campers use private sites with solar-heated showers and braai facilities, sharing access to the main lodge amenities. Massages are available in a treatment room on the property.
