Jastam House

Jastam House is a villa built in 2002 on Anse Barbarons beach in Seychelles. The main residence holds three ensuite bedrooms, each with its own character, alongside a formal living area, a library, and a billiard room. The kitchen is fully equipped and led by a private chef, with a dining room seating twelve. Outside, a private pool sits among lush gardens, and a white sand beach gives direct access to the bay.

The villa is built in a neo-Creole colonial style around a central patio with a twelve-metre-high roof. The property preserves endemic trees and plants, with paths winding through the gardens. Three independent ensuite villas are hidden in the vegetation, each with a private terrace and outdoor shower.

The land was once part of a coconut plantation, with a distillery and copra equipment abandoned before the villa was built. Today, the villa offers a gym, spa services, and options for yoga, pilates, and fishing excursions.
