Park Hotel

Park Hotel is a three-star hotel on Muller Street in Bethlehem’s central business district. The building holds forty-two rooms that can sleep up to seventy guests in total, with options from single beds to family rooms that take three. Each room has an en-suite bathroom, television with DStv, and fresh linen; some have private lounges. The hotel offers secure parking, free WiFi, and a twenty-four-hour reception.

The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner in what was originally the dining room of the 1928 building. Meals are country-style, with generous portions; the kitchen closes at half past nine in the evening. The private lounge can host fifty for functions, and the conference room takes up to forty delegates. For longer stays, there are self-catering units with kitchens and separate living areas.

The hotel is practical rather than ornate — a place to sleep, eat, and meet, with the basics done reliably. The restaurant, with its original 1920s bones, is the exception: a room that remembers its past even as it serves today’s plates.
