Pepper Chair Restaurant is a steakhouse and pub in Centurion, serving braaied steaks and other dishes since 2007. The kitchen cooks over a traditional braai, and the menu includes a 1.4kg T-bone steak challenge. Finish five of these steaks with no help, and your name goes on the T-Bone Wall of Fame, with a shirt and sparkling wine as rewards.

The restaurant also runs a loyalty card system where swiping earns points for future discounts. Cash payments double the points. Specials are listed on a separate menu, and takeaway orders from the specials menu are charged at regular prices.

The T-bone challenge rules are clear: no doggy bags, no assistance, and the manager signs your card after each completed meal. Five signatures secure your place on the wall.
