The Range Function and Conference Centre is set in a log cabin overlooking the vineyards of Constantia Valley, with pine forests and the Constantiaberg mountain behind it. The cabin has a log fireplace and hosts weddings, conferences, and team-building events. It accommodates up to 120 guests for seated meals or 200 for cocktail events. Behind the cabin, a large open arena spans two thousand five hundred square meters, surrounded by vineyards and pine forests, suitable for marquee events with capacities up to six hundred delegates.

The venue also includes the Tokai Stone Chapel, a hundred meters from the cabin, which seats one hundred and twenty guests for ceremonies. Outdoor ceremony areas overlook the vineyards, offering views of the valley. The log cabin is used for winter conferences, with seating arrangements for sixty to one hundred and twenty delegates.

The Range provides its own marquee for outdoor events, set against the backdrop of the Constantiaberg. The venue is accessible from Cape Town, with ample parking and space for large gatherings. The log cabin and marquee are available year-round, with the fireplace adding warmth in winter months.
