Etosha Safari Camp, Gondwana Collection Namibia
A relaxed safari camp ten kilometers from Etosha National Park
You stay at Etosha Safari Camp in fifty chalets set under mopane trees, ten kilometers south of Andersson Gate, the entrance to Etosha National Park. The camp is a base for game drives into the park, led by guides who know where to find lion, elephant, and black-faced impala. The chalets have air conditioning, en suite showers, and small verandas.
A grassy campsite with twenty pitches sits nearby, each with power points and shared ablution facilities. The Oshebeena bar serves drinks with live music from local musicians in the evenings. A circular swimming pool cools the afternoons.
The camp runs half-day and full-day guided drives into Etosha, where you watch wildlife from safari vehicles. You can also join a guided walk through the mopane woods to learn about plants and birds. The camp is family-friendly, with rooms that accommodate children.
Etosha National Park is the reason the camp is here. The gate is a short drive away, and the camp arranges transport if you do not have your own vehicle.
