Club Med Seychelles

You stay on Sainte Anne Island, a private island in the Seychelles archipelago where Club Med is the only resort. The island sits within a national marine park, with beaches of white sand and granite rocks. The resort faces turquoise water where you can snorkel, dive or paddle a kayak.

Thirty-nine activities are included in your stay, most of them water-based. You can join guided snorkeling trips to see the marine life, try stand-up paddleboarding on the calm bay, or take a yoga class with an ocean view. The spa offers massages and beauty treatments using local ingredients.

Rooms and suites have private terraces or pools, decorated with tropical wood and woven textures. Families can use the kids' clubs, which organize treasure hunts and wildlife spotting. The island has walking trails through dense vegetation, where you might see giant tortoises moving slowly under the trees.

Boats connect the island to Mahé, the main island of the Seychelles, for excursions. The resort has been here since the 1960s, built when the island was first developed for tourism.
