SunSquare Cape Town City Bowl

SunSquare Cape Town City Bowl sits on the corner of Buitengracht and Strand streets, a contemporary hotel with two hundred and two rooms looking out over the city or towards Table Mountain. The building holds a rooftop bar on the fourteenth floor, where you can see from Signal Hill to the V&A Waterfront, and an indoor plunge pool on the same level. The fifteenth-floor gym has the same views.

Rooms come in four types: standard, family (with two double beds), executive, and suites. All have air conditioning, free WiFi, work desks, and DStv. The hotel is near Bree Street, Cape Town's restaurant strip, and under ten minutes by car from Long Street's nightlife. Secure basement parking is available.

On the ground floor, Vigour & Verve serves all-day meals from a wood-fired pizza oven. The rooftop bar opens at four in the afternoon for drinks with the city spread below. Five meeting rooms handle events for up to a hundred and forty people.
