Padstal is a Pretoria pub where live music plays on two stages — one inside, one on the deck — and rugby matches show on a large screen. You can book a braai spot where the kitchen provides the fire and you bring the meat, or order from the menu: pork belly, brisket, and platters of ribs, wings, and halloumi for groups. The in-house shop sells biltong, droëwors, and vapes.

On Sundays the kitchen serves free potjiekos from noon until it runs out. Weeknights have darts, beer pong, quiz nights, and dancing. The place does not admit under-18s after six in the evening.
