You eat at The 11th Floor on the top level of Bedfordview’s Alpha Building, with the city spread out below. The kitchen serves modern dishes with Mediterranean influences — pastas, seafood, and a wine list that has won awards. Live music plays through the evening, and the bar makes cocktails with the same attention the kitchen gives the plates.

The space holds one hundred and eighty people across five hundred and twenty-six square meters, with a stage for performances and a covered patio strung with lights. Private functions book the room from Monday to Thursday, turning the restaurant into a venue for weddings, launches, and parties.

Chef Kyle Marshall, who trained in hotel kitchens before starting here, runs the kitchen with an eye for precision. The restaurant operates a smart casual dress code to keep the tone of the room, and it does not accept cash payments.
