Trumps Grillhouse has served South African beef on Nelson Mandela Square since 1994, with an on-site butchery where cuts are aged and prepared. You can eat in the main dining room or book one of the private spaces — the Johnnie Walker VIP Room or two Glenfiddich Grill Rooms — for groups. The attached butchery sells the same cuts served in the restaurant, including biltong cured on site. The place began as a family operation and rebuilt completely in 2015, keeping the same focus on beef and wine.
