Red Sands Country Lodge

Red Sands Country Lodge sits fifteen kilometers west of Kuruman, on the edge of the Ghaap plateau. You stay in thatched rondavels, self-catering chalets, or camping sites under camel thorn trees. The rondavels have queen-size beds, en-suite bathrooms with showers and baths, air conditioning, and DStv. The chalets add kitchenettes and braai areas.

The lodge has a restaurant serving à la carte meals on weekdays and buffets on weekends, with a fully licensed bar. The pool is central, with service available. WiFi covers public areas and most rooms.

Conference facilities range from the pool bar to a main hall seating two hundred and fifty. The camping sites are electrified, set among trees. Kuruman town is a short drive away for supplies or excursions.

The lodge is on the N14 toward Kathu, with clear GPS coordinates for navigation.
