Bel Punto is a family-run Italian restaurant in eMdloti, serving seafood, steaks and homemade gnocchi under a covered deck with sea views. The kitchen makes its own gnocchi and tiramisu, and the wine list has won awards. Dark wood tables and white napkins set the room.

The deck faces the sea, with a view that takes in the water from multiple angles. The menu runs to poultry and game as well as the expected Italian dishes, and the staff know the wine list well enough to guide a pairing.

The restaurant stays open through load-shedding, the scheduled power cuts that affect the area. It closes only on Christmas and New Year's Day.
