Bluff Eco Park
A subtropical caravan park in Durban with forested sites and dormitory
Bluff Eco Park is a caravan park set under subtropical dune forest in Durban. You can stay in rustic cabins that sleep two to six people, or pitch a tent or park a caravan on shaded or open grassland sites. The shared ablution blocks have porcelain tiles and are centrally located. There is also a dormitory that sleeps up to fifty people, built partly from recycled materials like car tires and glass bottles.
The park has two swimming pools with a braai area, a nail bar, a day spa, and a coffee shop. Ansteys Beach with its paddling pools and lifeguard station is three kilometers away. Across the road is Bluff Hillside Mall with a grocery store, pharmacy, and gym. Durban city center is a ten to fifteen minute drive.
The dormitory is designed for groups and contractors, with bunk beds, private bathrooms, a kitchen, and outdoor dining space. A minimum of twenty-four people is required to book it. The park also hosts weddings and conferences, with options for outdoor events in the gardens or under a marquee.
