For airport arrivals, drivers meet passengers at the arrivals gate with a name sign. For departures, they collect from homes, hotels or workplaces in time for flights. The service also handles hospital transfers between facilities in the area.

The company is based in Ballito, covering the Dolphin Coast towns of Salt Rock, Sheffield Beach and Zimbali, with longer trips to inland destinations like Pietermaritzburg and Newcastle. Vehicles are serviced and insured, with drivers checked and licensed.

Passengers book in advance rather than finding transport at the airport. The shuttle avoids the need to navigate airport taxi queues or negotiate fares on arrival.
