PheZulu Safari Park

PheZulu Safari Park sits in Botha's Hill, thirty-five kilometers from Durban. You can take guided 4x4 game drives through the park, where you might see bushbuck, kudu, warthog, and giraffe. The reptile park houses crocodiles and a variety of snakes, both venomous and non-venomous. Traditional Zulu dancing shows are performed by the Gasa clan, with drumming and displays of traditional clothing.

The park has bed-and-breakfast rooms and self-catering units for overnight stays. The lodge rooms have king-size beds, some convertible to singles, with en-suite bathrooms and verandas overlooking the gardens. The main suite includes a lounge and a bathroom with a jacuzzi. Self-catering units come with braai areas and secure parking.

For meals, the on-site restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and snacks, with options like burgers, wraps, and traditional South African dishes. The park also hosts school tours and children's parties, with activities tailored for younger visitors. Game drives run several times a day, weather permitting, and tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
