Baruch's Coffee Roastery has been roasting 100% Arabica beans in Mossel Bay since 1998, using a traditional drum roaster. The beans are sourced from various regions, roasted on-site, and sold directly from the factory shop at 6 Via Appie. You can buy freshly roasted beans or ground coffee there.

The roastery also operates a mobile coffee bar service for events in the area, bringing their equipment and beans to weddings, corporate functions, and private parties. The shop is open weekdays from eight to five, closed weekends and public holidays.

Aharon Baruch, the namesake and roaster, oversees the process in the same location where the business began over two decades ago. The space functions as both production facility and retail outlet, with the scent of roasting coffee marking the entrance.
