Bin Rashied Lansdowne is a pizza shop on the corner of Addison and Lansdowne Road, run by a husband-and-wife team since 1990. They combine traditional pizza with flavors inspired by their travels, from beef fillet and mushroom burgers to jalapeño-topped prego chicken pizzas. The gluten-free bases are prepared off-site in a wheat-free environment to avoid cross-contamination, then vacuum-sealed for delivery.

The shop is a straightforward place: you walk in, call ahead, or order through delivery apps. The menu leans toward hearty toppings — mozzarella, onion marmalade, sweet yellow peppers — with a focus on generous portions. The Rio Maracanã pizza, with prego chicken and jalapeños, is one of the regular choices.

The kitchen has been making pizza here for over thirty years, first opening when the owners returned from tasting pizzas abroad and decided to bring what they had learned back to Cape Town.
