Kids eat free on Wednesdays and Sundays with every main meal ordered by an adult — the offer applies to children under twelve and includes a menu of kid-approved dishes. The franchise operates thirty-three locations across South Africa and Namibia, with eighteen in the Western Cape alone. The founders, Pieter van der Westhuizen and Braam Swart, built the brand on fresh ingredients and a contrary approach to the fast-food chains sweeping the country at the time. The Paarl original remains popular twenty-two years later.
