Ou Meul is a farmstall bakery and café on the West Coast Road near Cape Town, serving breakfast and lunch with play areas for children. The menu includes freshly baked bread and pastries, free-range chicken and eggs, and pure beef burgers. Coffee comes from Bootlegger Coffee Company, roasted and ground since 2012.

The shelves stock locally sourced products, and the kitchen bakes from scratch daily. Families stop here for a meal or to pick up takeaway for the road. The original location opened in Riviersonderend, and there are now fourteen stores across the Western and Eastern Cape.

The café is a practical stop on the way to or from the coast, with space to eat in or take food to go. The play areas make it a place where children can move while adults sit with coffee and a pastry.
