Saray Turkish Restaurant serves Halaal Turkish cuisine at Cape Town’s V&A Waterfront. Since 2016, the kitchen has prepared kebabs, meze, and baklava using local ingredients and authentic Turkish spices. The menu includes oven-baked bread, sizzling charcoal-grilled meats, and Turkish tea. The restaurant is fully Halaal, with no alcohol served, and offers a prayer area for Muslim guests.

The dining room has indoor and outdoor seating, with a separate area for sheesha smoking. Families are welcome, with a kids’ menu and a communal play area. Groups of over fifteen can book the Turkish Family Feast, which requires a deposit and advance notice.

The restaurant is in the Clocktower Building, with views of the harbour. It is open seven days a week, year-round, for lunch and dinner. The staff are trained in Turkish hospitality, ensuring attentive service.
