You stay at Webersburg Wine Estate on the slopes of the Helderberg Mountain in Stellenbosch, a Cape Dutch homestead surrounded by vineyards. The winery produces Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, and rosé, with tastings held daily from eleven to five. The cellar dates to 1786, and wines are aged for eighteen to twenty-two months in barrels before further bottle aging.

Accommodation includes the Manor House, Jonkershuis, and Vineyard Cottages. The Manor House has five rooms with en-suite bathrooms and shared lounges; the Jonkershuis offers self-catering units with kitchens and porches overlooking the vines. The Vineyard Cottages are set among the vines, with views of the dam and mountain.

The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and pizza, with picnic baskets available for meals on the lawns.
